Created during the COVID-19 pandemic, Inner Exploration: A 100-Day Project asked how artistic practice might support continuity when everyday emotional and social structures were collapsing. The project drew on the significance of one hundred days in Korean cultural and training traditions, adapting that duration into a contemporary participatory framework.
Through repeated individual practice and accumulated records, the work formed a shared archive of time, attention, and inner experience. It is an important precursor to Pray’s later interest in embodied archives, durational ritual, and the relation between personal practice and collective memory.
